Our Boxing Programs

We offer a variety of different boxing and fitness classes for people of all ages and varying fitness levels: group classes, private training, and open gym times. Our gym has long opening hours in a facility that has everything you need to improve your boxing skills, your coordination, and to help reach your fitness goals. Your Beyond Boxing team and coaches all bring their vast experience and years of knowledge to provide YOU the best training platform, no matter if you are a newbie, professional, or box for fun.

BEYOND

Boxing Conditioning

This class incorporates various elements of boxing techniques on the heavy bags, as well as strength and conditioning exercises and core work, to give you a tough but fun and highly satisfying workout. Always popular and in-demand among our members, this high-energy, total-body program is guaranteed to get you in shape in a hurry!

Technical Boxing

Sharpen your skills and enroll in Technical Boxing. In this class, you will work on your stance, balance, footwork, punches, combinations, and various offensive and defensive techniques and tactics. This class is suitable for both beginners and advanced members. Beginners will learn new things, and advanced members will reinforce and improve on their existing skill sets.

Personal Training

Personal training gives you a one-on-one session to train closely with one of our certified and experienced trainers while focusing on developing your individual skills and fitness level

FIGHTERS' TRAINING

Fighters' Training sessions are designated and reserved for qualified members who are registered and insured boxers with Boxing BC / Boxing Canada. This class is designed for both aspiring and veteran competitive fighters. Come train to spar and fight in amateur boxing competitions.

KIDS' BOXING AND FITNESS

The children in this program are expected to learn proper boxing fundamentals from scratch, as well improve on existing skill sets. They will do so while learning the importance of safety and having fun!

Open Gym

Open gym training is currently limited to the weight room and the auxiliary gym only. Available equipment include 4 heavy bags, free weights, squat rack, weight bench, curl station, treadmill, stability balls, TRX, medicine balls, and various other training equipment.

Robin and his gym are both amazing. Never have I been so challenged in physical and mental endurance I have here. Every day there are numerous classes in conditioning, callisthenics, technical boxing, agility and flexibility, yoga, and even dancing.
